Job Description

Corporate Communications Officer (Fundraising) – New headcount (5 days work)

Autism Partnership Foundation (APF) is a registered charity body in Hong Kong, is committed to making a difference in the life of individuals with autism. Our services are provided by dedicated, dynamic and qualified ABA therapists and professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in working with individuals with ASD and their families.

Our services include providing quality education in a Private Primary School, also a well-established Centre providing free one on one & group training for ASD children from low income families. We also offer a dedicated program for teenagers and young adult. We are looking for Officer, Corporate Communications to help promoting our organisation and raising fund for these meaning services.

Job Description:

  • Handling fundraising inquiries from various channels, including telephone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives with corporate partners
  • Liaise with donors and potential partners to explore cooperation opportunities
  • Assist in preparing donor communication materials, funding proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in planning and executing different scales of fundraising events, including Charity Gala Dinner
  • Coordinate event logistics, prepare event materials, and ensure effective communication with different stakeholders.
  • Maintain the donors and partnership database
  • Explore, initiate, and assist in developing new donation channels
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Saturday / Public holiday work may required, with Compensation Leave

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in the field of marketing, communications and / or event management. 
  • Work Experience in NGO is an advantage. 
  • Detail-minded, good analytical skills and able to work independently
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet expected timelines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient writing skill is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
