If you enjoy:

1. Handle loan applications with incomplete documents: Contact clients to collect required documents and submit application files for approval.
2. Track account status of existing clients and proactively invite them to renew revolving credit facilities.
3. Closely monitor the progress. Review declined applications: Investigate rejection reasons, verify case details, and initiate appeals where appropriate.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely manner. 
5. Explore new sales opportunities 
6. No field work required, communicate with client via phone or other online tools. 

If you have:

1. Fluent in Cantonese with excellent communication skills. 
2. Educational requirement: College diploma or above (flexible for candidates with relevant work experience), with at least 2 years of sales experience. 
3. Good communication skill. Passionate about self-motivated to challenge oneself and demonstrating strong adaptability and stress resistance. 
4. Outgoing personality, good at critical thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude. 
5. Candidates with experience in telemarketing, loans, Hong Kong call centers, or lending product credit review will be given priority.
