Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
- Handle general enquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
- Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centres and Hotline Service
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Proficiency in MS Office computer skills
