Digital Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Duties:

• Propose and implement digital sales and marketing plans, strategies and policies in line with the corporate guidelines from the Principal and the company’s objectives.
• Explore, develop and monitor all social media channels & accounts on a regular basis. (SEM, SEO, Instagram, etc.)
• Prepare and manage tariff, online sales budget and to ensure all financial targets are achieved in conjunction with the team and Principal;
• Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide necessary support and service in a professional manner;
• Collect market intelligence and prepare reports to the management;
• Support to maintain relationship with travel agents by means of sales call & visits to ensure airlines’ representations are being properly and effectively promoted in the market;
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably with digital marketing knowledge.
• Knowledge in airline ticketing and reservation system preferably SABRE is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Tactful in customers handling, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player
• A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Immediate available is preferred
