E-Commerce Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Market insight and analysis: Conduct research and insight into the market, industry, competitors, and customers, collect information on the macro market, industry, and Party A's customers, analyze and summarize, and output valuable insight analysis reports;

2. Product expansion: manage single product & product portfolio operation, based on the basic process of product listing operation, coordinate with surrounding departments to formulate pricing strategy, marketing strategy, channel strategy, stocking strategy and product life cycle management;

3. Project management: identify the key path for project advancement, organize PCT project regular meetings, formulate reasonable plans based on project goals, monitor project execution, attract efficient investment in various fields, quickly identify risks and adjust resource allocation, output minutes and follow up on closed-loop legacy problems, organize review and sum up experience, and complete the management closed-loop work;

4. As the department's external window, realize information sharing with cooperative departments or external cooperative suppliers, solve business pain points of both parties, maintain good cooperative relations, increase organizational influence, and improve process efficiency.

Job requirements

1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major: marketing, business administration or related majors.
2. Requires more than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of work experience in sales management positions, more than 2 years of work experience in overseas market development, and those with Hong Kong work experience are preferred.
3. Have good logical thinking ability, teamwork ability, communication and coordination ability, project management ability and execution ability;
4. Good at summarizing, summarizing and innovating, discovering process execution problems and optimizing appropriately;
5. Dedicated, responsible, proactive, stable, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
6. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
