We are now looking for an Executive Assistant / Secretary .

Your role
- Provide all-round support to the Senior Management
- Support the Senior Management with paper works, including quotations and invoices, and this is considered one of the primary responsibilities
- Provide backup administrative or accounting support if needed
- Assist in scheduling
- Handle ad-hoc tastes as assigned
What you need
- School certificate or above
- At least one year of work experience as an executive assistant or secretary / At least two years of work experience
- Able to multitask and handle different tasks simultaneously
- Flexible mindset and proactive work attitude
- High proficiency in MS Office, English, and Chinese typing
- Good command of both speaking and writing English & Chinese
