Executive - Sales

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the available production allocation for monthly ordering
• Work closely with the dealer on monthly order submission
• Process the order forms received from the dealer
• Follow-up with HQ and dealer on production status, delay and shipments
• Contribution in internal planning on models, IMPACT, options quota etc…
• Prepare price list and manage Model Year change
• Support on connectivity app/ innovative features testing and reporting

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Experience in automotive industry, supply chain and logistic is an advantage
• Accurate and systematic worker
• Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work under time pressure and to strict deadlines
