Requirements :
- Bachelor degree/Postgraduate degree and experience in Business Administration or related management fields ;
- Possess strong leadership qualities, analytical and sales management skills ;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in Mainland leading construction company aligning with company’s objectives and expansion plan ;
- Knowledgeable, self-motivated, results-driven, confident and dynamic personality ;
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and highly organized.
Job Duties :
- Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, business activities and expansion in Mainland and Hong Kong, particularly preparing for the opening of customs ;
- Develop and implement effective strategies, policies and programs to set goals for growth ;
- Manage processes and controls to ensure trade funds are being used efficiently to promote profitable growth ;
- Identify business opportunities and liaise with large networking of potential clients to provide with the professional and reliable services in the construction engineering ;
- Maintain quality assurance and properly deploy sales and marketing resources ;
- Setup and foster business through pro-active marketing plans to drive measurable and incremental sales revenue ;
- Measure results, monitor and report on effectiveness of research, design and promotion activities of our business activities ;
- Ensure good customer services and employees work productively and professionally.
