 Global business development managers in medical device industry

Requirements:

• Looking for candidates with 5-10+ years in business development in the medical device industry, ideally in ophthalmology and in multiple global regions, such as in Europe, South east Aisa, South America, Middle East, Africa, etc.
• Trustworthy and genuine personality with good communication skills, ability to present, negotiate and maintain close relationship with the partners; write and speak clearly and confidently in Chinese/English.
• Understand how competitors and the market is performing with business Intelligence skill. Able to conduct thorough research, data collection and analysis of the target markets.
• A competitive attitude and a drive to succeed with project management, leadership, risk management, team management, organization and strategic skills.
• Focus to meet the goals, drive the development agenda and exploit growth potential and resolve any possible conflicts.
• Emotionally intelligent & creative. Excellent negotiation skills in resolving customer related conflicts, a better understanding of clients and partners and relationship building.
