Global Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

• Explore and develop global business-to-business (B2B) partnerships opportunities
• Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients
• To formulate and execute overall market development strategy for the growth of the company
• Manage client activities including calls, sales presentations, sales pipeline and sales solutions
• Up and cross sell each opportunity for maximum margin return and differentiation
• Understand strengths and weaknesses in the product sets from a technical perspective
• Continuously monitoring market dynamics and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
• Organise and participate in exhibitions of both Hong Kong & Overseas
• Liaise with other divisions of the Company, as required
• Accurately forecast business on a monthly basis
• Proven track record of sales achievements
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferable in marketing, business, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferable in consumer electronic industries
• Experience from EU/USA GTM is definitely advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales-drive & business development sense
• Fast learner & strong business acumen
• Proactive, meticulous and a good team player
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are required
• Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
