Graduate Trainee – Sales 畢業培訓生 - 商務銷售

工作內容

1-負責相應業務的商務拓展，對項目結果負責，對內跨部門協調，保證與合作夥伴的合作順利落地；
2-負責公司戰略級客戶的維穩、KPI達成，提高客戶滿意度；
3-對客戶提供全供應鏈、全流程服務，針對客戶上下游環節進行客戶開發和維護，促進銷售達成；
4-監控、分析日常商業營運達成情況，推動各部門優化作業；
5-對管理層和業務部門進行數據需求支持，挖掘分析主題，開展數據分析工作，基於數據分析結果，為管理層和業務部門提供運營策略分析和業務優化建議，持續改進商業運營效果

任職資格

1-2024年10月1日至2025年9月30日期間畢業，本科及以上學歷；
2-具備良好的人際關係處理能力，有優秀的溝通能力以及談判技巧；
3-具備良好的團隊協作能力，果敢幹練；
4-熱愛電商物流行業並願意長期深耕電商物流行業；具有強烈的事業心、進取心、責任心，並對生活充滿正能量，對工作充滿激情，有志成為該行業領域領軍人才；

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for business development related to specific business areas, accountable for project outcomes, and coordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth collaboration with partners.

2.    Maintain stability and achieve KPIs with strategic clients of the company, enhancing customer satisfaction.

3.    Provide clients with full supply chain and end-to-end services, focusing on client development and maintenance throughout the upstream and downstream processes to facilitate sales achievement.

4.    Monitor and analyze daily business operations, promoting optimization efforts across departments.

5.    Support management and business departments with data needs, conduct data analysis, and offer operational strategy analysis and business optimization suggestions based on the analysis results to continuously improve business operation outcomes.

Qualifications:

1.    Graduates between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or higher.

2.    Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

3.    Demonstrated strong teamwork skills, decisive and efficient.

4.    Passionate about the e-commerce logistics industry and willing to engage deeply in it long-term; possesses a strong sense of career ambition, initiative, and responsibility; filled with positive energy towards life and passionate about work, aspiring to become a leading talent in the industry.
