Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • A full spectrum of HR duties and work as a HR Generalist
  • Mainly focus on payroll and its related matters
  • Data analysis, salary & benefits benchmarking and projects
  • Support annual salary review and performance appraisal exercise
  • Prepare data for manpower budget planning
  • Assist in handling funding projects, including reimbursement processing and reporting
  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, benefits, leave management and monthly attendance reports
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years solid experience in HR
  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance, employees’ compensation and related regulations
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
