Responsibilities:

• Support all-rounded Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, payroll and benefits administration 
• Maintaining the HRIS system.
• Responsible for filing, scanning and maintaining personal file for staff records 
• Support the HR Manager with implementation of change initiatives and projects
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant disciplinary
• Fluency of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in fast paced energetic environment
