Job Description

Job Duties: 

  • Provide HR all-rounded generalist support to assigned division
  • Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing logistic and on boarding
  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, commission, tax and MPF administration etc.
  • Work closely with the line managers in C&B issues, employee communications, compensation planning, performance management and other HR projects
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
  • Minimum 3 years solid all rounded experience in Human Resources
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
