What You’ll Be Doing:
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage recruitment for diverse roles and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and well-being initiatives.
- Review and implement HR policies aligned with strategic goals.
- Support various ad-hoc HR projects.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and contribute to a thriving workplace.
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, service-focused, and eager to learn.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) & Cantonese.
- Immediate availability preferred.
