Maintenance Officer (Building Service)

a) In possession of a Certificate in Building Studies, Building Service or equivalent or above;
b) A minimum of 3years' post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong; and
c) knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in Hong Kong

Technical Assistant (Building Service)

The Technical Assistant (building services) shall be at least in possession of a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Building Service from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent.
