Reporting Line : Head of HR
Job Responsibilities:
This position will assist Head of HR in managing the full spectrum of human resources, which includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
1. Offer comprehensive HR services (C&B, recruitment, staffing, training, consultant service…etc) to internal customers.
2. Provide support and give advice to the HR account servicing team to ensure the quality of HR service.
3. Advise management and staff on best practices for staff management and legal compliance.
4. Review recruitment stages according to departmental requirements and organizational standards. Take part in establishing new talent-attracting channels.
5. Revise and update HR policies, procedures, handbooks, guidelines, and practices to reflect changing regulations, codes of practice, and social trends.
6. Responsible for varies kind of HR reports, HR data analysis, budget…etc
7. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in all-around human resources, with 5 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint Experience in non-profit organization (NGO) is an advantage
• A humble leader who is detail-oriented, analytical, and thinks logically
• A great team player with excellent communication skills who collaborates with team members
• Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
• Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
