Marketing Manager, Personal Banking (6-month contract)

Principal responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies for the personal banking proposition with the core objective to grow the mass segment specifically millennials
• Lead the social and BTL comms to drive product penetration and relationship deepening
• Leverage consumer insights and data to optimize campaign performance and engage our audience 
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to drive effective campaign and ensure timely rollout
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment
• Ensure all activities are adhered to the established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

Requirements:

• University degree in business studies or marketing is preferred
• 6+ years of experience in marketing and brand management, with a strong understanding of banking products preferred
• Proficient in advertising production and direct marketing with customer centricity in heart and good commercial sense
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is required
• A team player and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate available is preferred
