Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities or partner collaboration in products or services to customers to maximize profitability and awareness.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with merchants including negotiation of partnership terms, promotion offers, and operation supports.
- Analyze and oversee sales performance to shape future business strategies for better sales, ROI and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor information and sales data to identify and pursue new opportunities for an appealing assortment to our target audience.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution on campaign or merchant launch.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B2C/ B2B sales or account servicing or related field
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth in a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with exceptional attention to details.
- Innovative and growth mindset, with strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Display proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining productivity and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English and Chinese.
