Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Event Planning:Plan, organize events, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives.
• Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Proposal Development:Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•   Associate Degree or above in operations management, event planning, business development and marketing.
•   Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
•   Strong leadership and team management skills
•   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•   Immediate available is highly preferred
