Job Description:

  • Take the lead role in daily operations of buildings to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/ tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements;
  • Supervise routine repair and building maintenance works;
  • Ensure full compliance with working procedures and guidelines;
  • Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meeting and monitoring of contractors' performance

Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above in property/ facility management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years managerial experience in property or facility management
  • PMP Tier 1 Licence is a must
  • Self-motivate and can work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and with a good sense of responsibility
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation)(Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
