Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Support daily HR duties including medical claim, filing and data input in HRIS
  • Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties to HR team
  • Assist in HR projects
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administration related field
  • Flexible mindset with good communication skills
  • Detail-minded with high accuracy at work
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Can work 3-4 half days per week / 2 - 3 full days per week
  • Salary: $73 - $100 per hour (depends on experience)
