Job Responsibilities
- Support daily HR duties including medical claim, filing and data input in HRIS
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties to HR team
- Assist in HR projects
- Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administration related field
- Flexible mindset with good communication skills
- Detail-minded with high accuracy at work
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Can work 3-4 half days per week / 2 - 3 full days per week
- Salary: $73 - $100 per hour (depends on experience)
