Sales and Business Development Director

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European market and EU accounts outside of Europe.
• Build relationships with customers, German sales partners, and the AMS BU.
• Manage key customer and German sales partner relationships and work to build new ones.
• Propose and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's profile and brand reach.
• Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management teams to ensure effective performance and growth.
• Track emerging markets and trends to inform strategic planning and business development activities.
• Recommend and develop new services and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
• Review and negotiate contracts and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
• Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years in sales or marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Fluency in Mandarin (Cantonese) and English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
• presentation, negotiation, and concise communication abilities for various stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial and business principles.
• Effective organizational abilities to manage tasks and teams efficiently.
• Ability to clearly communicate about products or services to clients, prospects, partners, vendors, and press.
