SA Project Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in our Wan Chai office. As a key member of our sales and marketing division, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. What you'll be doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, developers, landlords, QS firms, project management companies, and related businesses.
• Lead tender processes, from pre-qualification to proposal submissions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our fit-out expertise.
• Stay updated on market trends to keep us ahead of the competition.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide insights into market trends and competitive analysis.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of Experience in sales, business development, or tendering in fit-out or design.
• Strong industry connections in property, real estate, property management, QS firms, project management companies, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English – ability to engage with clients across different markets.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to secure business deals and manage proposals.
