Sales Coordinator - 6 month Contract (maternity leave coverage)

About the role

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis to cover Maternity leave at our office in Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong District. As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks within our Sales Department.

What you'll be doing

• Sales order input and invoice issuance;
• Upload invoicing information to customer systems and monitor collection;
• Monitor daily delivery/shipment status and then report to customers;
• Coordinate between customers and vendors for orders processing;
• Liaise with various departments for operation matters;
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

• Two(2) or more years‘ experience in sales coordination (electronics field an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Knowledge in sales order follow-up and preparation of sales documentation;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• Good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
