Sales Cooridinator

In the position, you will

• Assist in handling sales inquiries and follow-up, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
• Communicate with customers or vendors to place orders, prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), and other related documents.
• Support product after-sales service, including coordinating repairs, replacements, and customer inquiries.
• Follow up on documents such as proforma invoices (P/I), commercial invoices, bills of lading (B/L), and other shipping-related paperwork.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documents for order payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle supplier documents and goods receipt, verifying the received products against purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies.
