Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Trading team and help us for end-to-end management of B2B sales funnel, starting from lead generation to lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to converse with customers effectively. The Sales Executive will work in our company's show room.

Responsibilities:

• Sell second-hand electronic products, primarily smartphones, to B2B clients within company's show room;
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, and nurture the leads and understand their issues inside out;
• Provide excellent customer service and support;
• Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue and exceed sales targets;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products and pricing information;
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
 

• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.  Knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
• Knowledge of second-hand electronics products is a plus;
• Irregular working hours is required.
