Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and door to door sales activities.
  • Direct customer approach, business development and people management will comprise a major portion of this job.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value added for the customer.
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
     

Requirements

  • Direct sales working experience in restaurant or retail industry.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business sense.
  • The ideal candidate for the Salesperson position should possess a strong customer network within the restaurant or retail industry, enabling them to effectively identify opportunities and foster relationships that drive sales growth.
