Sales Officer

What You’ll Be Doing?
Based in Kai Tak and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your role will focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Identifying new business opportunities and channels to expand client base
• Drafting weekly sales statistical reports and analyzing sales performance
• Coordinating sales activities with branch centers and providing support as needed
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
• Providing sales ideas and advice to the Management Team to enhance overall business performance
• Assisting with the implementation of promotional activities on online and offline channels as needed
• Handling ad hoc projects assigned by management

Who Are We Looking For?

• Education: Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales-focused role; experience in the education industry is highly preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a can-do attitude, proactive and self-disciplined
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, LinkedIn) and understanding of digital sales channels
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva, and video editing is a plus
• Languages: Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
