Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquires, assist in order processing and issue quotations
- Assist in coordinating projects, required to communicate with customers/ suppliers by WhatsApp in non-office hours
- Provide all-rounded support to Sales Team, including but not limited to prepare meeting minutes, coordinate and arrange exhibitions and seminars, etc
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Meet with customers when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales Support or Customer Service
- Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Good in written English and Chinese
- Detailed-mind, highly self-motivated and out-going personality
- Good communication, able to work independently and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
