Job Description

We are looking for Talent (SPO/APM) to join our Property Management Department. This role will be stationing in Happy Valley, working closely with the Portfolio Team and On-site Team to provide property management service to the properties that assigned to you. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for portfolio management, work independently on daily operation with minimum supervision from direct manager for achieving service KPI
  • Administer and manage PM portfolio include but not limited to Commercial Complexes and Single-Owned Residential Buildings
  • Supervise building-in-charge to ensure quality of service are delivered align with contract requirement, KPI and ISO standard
  • Works with commercial property owners to expertly manage their commercial property assets
  • Hold regular meetings with clients and act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenant
  • Responsible for Customer Relationship Management with stakeholders including clients, building owners & tenants
  • Responsible for contract administration, procurement and vendor management to ensure services provided are up to SLA & KPI standard
  • Work closely with Finance Team for PO & payment arrangement


Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Real Estate / Property Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management, with experience in managing multiple properties
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1/Tier 2) License is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Building Ordinance (e.g., DMC, BMO)
  • Team player, excellent communication skills
  • Well versed in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
