Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to service team and co-ordinate with engineers on onsite service;
- Handle customer inquiries and service request via email and hotline;
- Schedule and follow up onsite services for customers;
- Prepare quotation and invoices, process parts order, service orders and tender document;
- Follow up with logistics, service team and internal parties for parts order and service order processing;
- Assist in service contract renewal issue;
- Maintain good relationship with customers in good manners;
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- HKCEE or DSE with 1-2 years relevant experience;
- Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills;
- Good service attitude, positive and 'can do' attitude;
- Excellent team player with strong sense of customer services and good relationship building;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Computer literacy in the use of Ms Office, Excel.
