Job Description

Overall:

This job holder needs communicate with our customers in both HK local and other Asian countries, manage the order and shipment of parts to satisfy the customer's requirements. Reporting to Customer Service manager of Great China.

Main Responsibilities:

    Complete order taking process from receive PO and shipping arrangement:
  1. Order receiving from shop/service center in HKG and distributor in APAC/Europe.
  2. Purchase of parts from central parts center.
  3. Arrange shipment against warehouse.
  • Communication with customer about parts order.
  • Issue documents and other necessary work related for parts operation.
  • Performance report to SV or Manager.
  • Assist customer call and other important issue ordered by SV or Manager.

Requirement:

  • Good communication peoficiency of English in both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in IT system operation. SAP Experience is a plus.
  • Over 3 years of experience in order management, sales administration or shipment management.
