Solution Specialist – Cloud Infrastructure and Security

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about cloud technology and eager to help businesses transform their IT infrastructure? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Solution Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, understand their unique business needs, and introduce cutting-edge cloud solutions that drive success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop leads by engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and introduce the right cloud solution
• Assist the Sales Team to uncover, validate and expand on opportunities related to Azure and Security
• Lead solution orientated discussions with clients and develop a long-term technology roadmap
• Provide pre-sale assistance on proposal development and client-facing presentations
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products to provide insights to clients and the team

We are looking for:

• Degree in any discipline
• 2 years of working experience in engaging with clients to develop cloud adoption strategies
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functions and features, with the ability to present value propositions and use cases
• Proficiency in evaluating and enhancing client security postures and coordinating with vendors for security solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior management and C-level executives
• Strong problem-solving and strategic solution development skills, with a collaborative approach to working with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and clients
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
