Job Description
Job purpose:
The Training Executive (Training Centre) is responsible for providing customer service and performing administrative support for the training courses organized by Training Centre of Hong Kong Red Cross. S/he will work closely with the Assistant Manager (Training Centre) to support the training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute first aid and health training programmes to raise awareness and enhance the knowledge and skills of the public
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and training delivery
- Provide customer service, answer phone and email enquiries, course enrollment in counter and handle complaints
- Handle the administrative, course fee transaction, procurement, financial report and certificate issuance duties
- Handle warehouse operation, inventory control, prepare and pack training materials for training courses and support the logistic arrangement
- Provide support to activities / events / projects of Agency and/or Service Unit
Requirements:
- Solid work experience with customer service experience is an advantage
- Completion of HKCEE / HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
- Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office). Knowledge of design and audio-visual computer software is an advantage
- 5 working days in a week, if deems necessary, work on Saturday is required

Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)
