Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff:

Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW)

We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out architectural work for the project of “Building 1 Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications; and
• Degree, Certificate, Diploma or higher Diploma in occupational safety and health or in construction safety^.
• have a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification site experience with 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Clerk of Works; and
• have satisfied the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;

[Note* Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

• have experience with building basement construction is an advantage.

General Note:

• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in February 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be 31 months.
