  • 負責採購物品及服務；
  • 進行採購流程﹑供應鏈管理﹑合同談判﹑市場趨勢和供應商績效管理；
  • 與供應商建立長期採購方案；
  • 制定和實施採購策略﹑政策和相關程序；
  • 與供應商協商價格﹑交貨時間等；
  • 為部門提供採購決策的數據分析和統計；
  • 完成上司委派的臨時任務。
