Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Performing general clerical duties;
- Providing frontline services including counter, email and/or hotline service; and
- Performing any other related duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese Languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with recognized degree;
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
- Good computer skills; and
- Self-motivated, fast-learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The Registry is a key central administrative unit of the University supporting it in providing quality higher education.
