Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Pursue sales growth -  Act as window person to distributors, e.g. introducing new products, managing and analyzing order situations, addressing inquiries, collecting sales data to monitor sales situation in the market
• Work with Japan headquarters for the item arrangement, and handling the whole product listing procedure in EC site
• Handle and manage the whole license application process
• Provide support to distributors for promotion/ event arrangements, e.g. design materials, license check, display samples, etc
• Conduct market surveys regularly to review the market situation
• Prepare internal sales reports and present in monthly sales meeting
• Handle the replacement request of defective product

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or other related studies
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in marketing, working in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Japanese (Level 2/ N2 of JLPT or above is a must)
• Strong communication, negotiation as well as presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, able to work under pressure & work independently with good interpersonal
• Be sensitive to toys market & IP character trends
• Proficiency in PC & MS office applications
• Knowledge of Japanese Animation and Comics would be an advantage
