Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Partnership Development;
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities in Asia and the Middle East;
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other potential partners;
  • Develop market entry strategies for new regions, including market research and analysis;
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, such as distribution and partnership deals;
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends in the region;
  • Collaborate with overseas accounts to create business plans aimed at growing revenue and profit;
  • Propose and manage product assortments for new store openings and seasonal buys;
  • Oversee seasonal orders, including pricing, product changes, and payment issues;
  • Coordinate with shipping and merchant teams to optimize delivery schedules;
  • Ensure proper brand representation in stores, online, and media channels;
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather sales feedback and business opportunities;
  • Regularly prepare sales Reports and business review presentations;
  • Act as a bridge between departments, to offer services and materials required to ensure cohesive business strategies;
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, brand messages for global market;
  • Provide feedback from the market to product teams;
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals (monthly and annual target);
  • Collaborate with project and VM on status of projects and ensure smooth opening within budget envelope;
  • Closely work with shipping team on invoices, payment and shipments and ensure delivery schedule is on time;
  • Provide insights into the business landscape through data analysis, understanding of customer profiles and digestion of market facts;
  • Leverage the sell-through figures and buy figures to compose optimal merchandising suggestions for customers;
  • Facilitate capturing retail sales and inventory data from customers;
  • Assist on any ad hoc reporting;
     

Requirements:
 

  • University degree ;
  • 6-8 years of related experiences in a commercial roles in trade, sportswear, fashion, consumer retail industries ;
  • Ideally with buying or product merchandising experiences ;
  • Willing to travel ;
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality;
  • Proactive and a good team player;
  • Good working attitude with sense of responsibilities.
