Job Responsibilities/Deliverables:
• Catch up on sales opportunities by using CRM or organizing workshops/ sales driven events
• Channel Marketing: support the development for showroom
• Support the development of Distribution (ESS), such as: Broadway and Fortress
• Exercise daily sales activities in showroom, including on-site setup/ installation, greeting and direct customers, and answering customers’ questions about specific products/ services
• Support marketing events
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Provide customer feedback to management
• Stay up-to-date with new products/ services
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Ambition to reach goal/ success
• Proven sales experiences in audio field (high-end and component)
• Understanding of retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
