A well-established real estate and hotel investment development group with a diversified/global portfolio of residential, commercial and hotel properties, invites high caliber applicants to apply for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the leasing team and liaise with the technical team in all day-to-day operations; producing timely reports to the management etc.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies for the Group's commercial properties such as offices, and retail shops, etc.
• Supervise and coordinate all leasing-related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partners
• Assist in special projects or initiatives related to property acquisition and leasing activities of the Group
• Develop a budget planning and a rental forecast.
• In charge of liaison with residential tenants and attending to all rental matters, conducting studies and analysis on the residential and commercial property market trend.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' related experience in leasing & managing retail and commercial properties
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License, and MRICS/MHKIS/MCIH/MHKIH will be an advantage
• Strong networks with potential tenants and real estate agents
• Good knowledge of retail leasing practice
• Experience in using social media to market and promote commercial properties
• Acquiring branded tenants through business connections and associated marketing events
• Actively searching and acquiring potential tenancies
• Well-rounded in leasing, budgetary control and tenancy administration
• Immediate availability will be highly preferred
• Good supervisory, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Leasing Manager
