SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Overview:

·     A Proactive and result-oriented candidate with a passion and capability to drive the growth of business.

·     4 years of experience in pharma industry with proven track record.

·     Immediate promotional to top management post.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Proactively identify and develop pharma and health supplement products by implementing effective marketing strategies.

·     Collect and understand market intel, workout resonate marketing plan. Give suggestions and input to enhance competitiveness and achieve and exceed the targeted sales revenue.

·     Conducting weekly sales meetings. Deliver product presentation and marketing insight. Solve sales problems and motivate the team and each representative to passionately achieve their targets.

·     Development of sales call plan to maximize product penetration and ensure achievement of sale volume.

·     Control product lines portfolio, including stock level control. Provide suggestions to move overstock items. Forecasting revenue of new and movable items.

·     Develop and build rapport with key stakeholders, key chains clinics buyers. By inserting new product to enhance business volume.

·     Deliver quarterly sales forecasts, contributions, reports and marketing recommendations to the CEO.

·     Provide new product campaign materials, including copywriting, posters, and flyers. Advertising (online and offline)

Qualifications:

·     Degree holder in pharmacology, life science, marketing or in relevant disciplines.

·     4 years of experience in marketing of pharma and health supplement products to private clinics , pharmacies and hospitals.

·     Result-driven with track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.

·     Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
