Responsibilities
Competitor & Market Analysis:

Research competitors' product lines (e.g. cookware materials, vacuum ware features, small kitchen appliances) and pricing strategies.

Analyze market trends in household goods, including emerging technologies (e.g. smart kitchen devices) and sustainability demands.
Product Strategy Development:

Identify gaps in our offerings (e.g. premium cookware sets, energy-efficient appliances) and propose new products to capture market share.

Collaborate with sourcing and design teams to align product specs with consumer needs and cost-efficiency goals.
Pricing & Profit Optimization:

Benchmark competitor pricing for household and electrical products, recommend adjustments to improve GP margins.

Evaluate cost drivers (e.g. raw materials for stainless steel cookware, logistics for bulky appliances).
Performance Tracking:

Monitor sales data for cookware, vacuum ware, and electrical categories to identify under-performing SKUs or growth opportunities.

Report on regional demand shifts (e.g. seasonal trends for kitchenware in key markets).
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing to position new launches (e.g. non-stick cookware lines, compact vacuum sealers) effectively.

Support sales teams with competitor insights to refine pitches and promotions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in product management, competitive analysis, or procurement, preferably in household goods, kitchenware, or small appliances.

Experience working with cross-border suppliers or retailers in the home/lifestyle sector is a plus.

Familiarity with materials (e.g. ceramic coatings for cookware), certifications (e.g. CE for appliances), and consumer trends in home products.

Advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems.

Knowledge of market research tools (e.g. Statista, Google Trends) for household goods analysis.

Ability to balance product quality, pricing, and profitability in competitive markets.

Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for supplier negotiations.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple product lines.

Creative thinker with a passion for home innovation and consumer lifestyles.
