職位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide prompt response and solution of customer inquiries
  • No cold calls.
  • Provide product information, place order and follow up.
  • Fulfil daily operational tasks and documentation in line with Key Performance Index
  • Maintain and develop customer list

 

Requirements:

  • DSE/HKCEE or above
  • Min 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing, customer services industry, with experience in home electrical appliance sales will be an advantage.
  • Outgoing person, initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Customer Service Officer.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
