Logistics Officer

What will you do?

• Coordinate the operation staff to handle inbound and outbound shipments to ensure a smooth daily operation
• Liaise and collaborate with different internal and external parties such as forwarders and warehouse operators
• Handle daily logistics queries to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Support logistics cost forecast, data analysis, reports and ad hoc projects assigned
   

What a successful candidate looks like?
 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Trading, Supply Chain or Logistics field
• Handle import / export operations in Asia Pacific region and HK Domestics Operations in warehouse and distribution
• Good in data analysis and summarizing information and data
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in using SAP system is preferred and good competency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Logistics Officer
