With expanding our business in Asia Pacific region continuously such as the teams in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Taiwan, India, we are looking for the Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide professional internal / external secretarial and administrative supports to Managing Director.
• Co-working with HQ and local business accounting and reporting.
• Manage / response ad hoc tasks assigned by MD / supervisor, contributing to overall team success.
• Coordinate operations with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.
• Effective assisting MD’s family matters and schedules.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree holder with 3+ years related working experiences, Business Administration & Management is strong plus.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills – effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrable ability to quickly build strong rapport with business partners.
• Proficient at spoken, professional phone-call manners and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Proficient on computing tools MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure and in global time zones, flexible & willing to work extra hours.
• Immediate available is strong plus.
