Job Description
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- To handle pre-contract and post contract stage
- Responsible for Q.S. duties including payment application, certify payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering
- Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably with fitting out contractor experience
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good Computer Skills in MS Word and MS Excel
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
