Job Description

S/He works closely with other HR & Admin teammates in performing human resources and central administration functions His/her major job duties are as follows:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions, particularly compensation & benefits administration, recruitment & selection, employee relationship, and staff development and training.
  • Assist in the compilation of staff cost budget, preparing HR reports and conducting HR data analysis. Engage in HR projects and review as necessary.
  • Carry out all office administration related duties such as purchase and procurement, office hygiene, safety & security, repairs and maintenance, insurance procurement, travel arrangement and admin budget preparation and monitoring. 
  • Liaise with service providers, suppliers, contractors and building management office etc.
  • Manage and maintain the volunteer & internship programme.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or relevant discipline, e.g., Administration or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration and HRIS operation.
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment, MPF & Tax Ordinance. Knowledgeable in Macau Labour Relations Law and China Labour Contract Law are an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, systematic, and able to prioritize when given variety of tasks on short notice.
  • Ability to initiate and generate cost-effective ideas/systems that contribute to the improvement of office operations.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills. Good English writing skills. Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
