Project Manager (Taipei & Shanghai based)

Job Specification / Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external project team from the very beginning of site survey, feasibility study, design development, tendering, site work to completion of the projects for the façade, millworks & fit-out works of luxury retail store
• Oversee design submission, project planning & scheduling, design & co-ordination, any Landlord and government submissions with all-round considerations for smooth & timely implementation
• Liaise with government submission agent and landlord in view with overall application strategies for any required licensing, work permit, store opening permit and any other operation permits
• Handle production of interior architectural drawing, tendering documents
• Organise/ review/ approve shop drawings with the project team
• Manage and control production quality on façade, millworks and interior fit-out site works
• Handle project administrations, payment certifications and project close out with external quantity surveyor
• Team Building
• Communicate seamlessly to all internal & external contacts
• Have a basic sense of project costing, MEP, façade, structural engineering, sustainability design etc. and work with external parties to manage projects

Candidate's Requirement:

• Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing store projects for High-end fashion/ Watch & Jewelry is a must (candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch up, MS Office including Projects, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attentive, positive, organized, responsible, committed, self-motivated, detail oriented and strong common sense
• Excellent communication & coordination skills, team player
• Willing to travel on business trips
• With Asia Pacific work or living experience is an advantage for Taiwan Stationing
• With Mainland China work or living experience is an advantage for Shanghai
